Its not being detected at all. It's as though it doesnt exist at all.
The last conversation I had with BT went along the lines of
"what version of windows are you running?"
"I'm not, I'm on linux"
"yes, but which version of windows is that on"
"its not on windows - its an operation system in its own right"
"I see. Are you running windows 98se or later"
"No, I'm on linux"
"yes, but which version of windows is it on"
I don't think asking them anything that involves using words with more than four letters would help :Op
I really have no idea why it never occured to me to use a router though...I think I will. Thanks.
