window下DEV-CPP编的

只是 warning 有不是 errer ，应该没什么问题吧

没有使用参数，就会报错的：

bjam -sBOOST_ROOT=. -sTOOLS=msvc "-sBUILD=debug release <runtime-link>static/dynamic"
