【求助】setup fcitx some question

[size=4]yesterday ,i
1.download fcitx-3.1.1.tar.bz2
2.run "tar jxvf fcitx-3.1.1.tar.bz2"
3.when i "make install" then give me notice " make:*** NO rule to make target 'install'.stop"

i want to question: how can i do setup fcitx by met [/size][size=4]"make:*** NO rule to make target 'install'.stop" notice. thx.
