无法安装显卡驱动～

刚装了 MDV 2007 两天摸到现在显卡驱动还没弄好。
网上下的那个驱动后缀.run的双击安装的时候 显示：无法打开文件  gedit无法检测字符编码。请检查您是否正在尝试打开一个 二进制文件。从菜单中选择一种字符编码，然后再试 一次。试了别的几种还是这样（没全试）。还有现在音响就只有一个声道响，机箱后面有3个插口，在WINDOWS下可以随便插一个然后进声效管理系统设置下差的那个口音源输出就可以了，在LINUX下不知道怎么弄。主板技嘉915的，显卡 Nvidia GF 6600LE  请问怎么解决我那两个问题阿～我第一次接触LINUX阿～所以会犯很多白痴的问题～麻烦说明详细点，谢谢～

命令模式下输入：

没有装kernel内核源文件～～～

一、“机箱后面有3个插口”，指的是声卡接口吗？AC97？估计一个是输出，一个是输入，一个是耳麦，音箱要插在输出接口，估计是绿色的接口。

二、找到显卡芯片了吗，能进图形界面吗，能用3D吗？一般系统自动配置好显卡，不用配置了。

三、自己安装驱动的确麻烦：kernel-source、kernel-header、make、gcc套件等都要。你可以配置好软件介质源，安装别人编译好的驱动。
