stringstream 和 stringbuf
stringstream 的 描述是：stringstream class provides an interface to manipulate strings as if they were input/output streams.
而 stringbuf 的描述是：
The objects of this class associate an input and an output sequence with a sequence of characters, allowing the input and output functionality of streams to be performed on strings.
好像都是将流式 IO 操作用于字符串处理，为什么我们需要2个？
我现在的问题是，有一批为数众多的结构化数据要通过网络传递，因而我寻求一种将流式 IO 用于内存操作的方式，（我称之为“编码”），将各类数据存放在连续的内存（字符串）中，即可通过网络发送出去了。
那么我该采用哪个类来存放编码才比较合理？
