Mysql里如何创建一个新用户?

我用
grant select,insert,update,delete,index
on addressbook.*
to bookor by identified by 'bookorama';
能够建立一个用户,可是用此用户登陆的时候用mysql -u bookor -p 输入密码后提示我密码错误,如何解决?
用上面的方法建立用户对吗?

下一个phpMyAdmin来增加和管理用户。

你可以用：
  grant all privileges on *.* to user_name@localhost identified by'new_password' with grant option;
   grant all privileges on *.* to user_name@ identified by'new_password' with grant option;
以上两个在创建普通用户时用的命令。
