perl的安装问题，请教！
我在Red hat 9.0 下装了apache 2.0.48 ,并安装 perl 5.8.3。可在使用时，apache 自带的cgi-bin下的文件可用，服务器上vi编写的就可以，而自己编写上传的却出错，文件权限也给了呀！能是传输格式的问题？
错误如下：

请各位高手帮忙分析，解决，谢谢！！ 好像从Windows上通过FTP方式传到Linux服务器的时候需要选择ASCII方式，不能选择Binary方式。 谢谢！问题已经解决，就是你说的ASCII方式的问题，谢谢！
