linux下的java虚拟机该怎么安装

文件我已经下到了,不过解开后只有这些文件,
bin/    COPYRIGHT  include/    INSTALL  lib/    man/    README.html  src.jar
CHANGES  demo/    include-old/  jre/    LICENSE  README  src/

README里面的内容:
   The complete Java 2 SDK is composed of the SDK Software plus the
   SDK Documentation, each of which is separately downloadable.
   Installation instructions are maintained on the web site:

   Installation instructions are in the local INSTALL file and at
   http://www.blackdown.org/
