请问大虾：ioctl调用为什么会报错：operation not permitted？

某款cpu平台下的关于网桥（bridge.o模块）的linux内核源代码，在另一款cpu平台下编译出来，两款cpu均是intel Xscale芯片，为

什么前者平台下运行良好，后者在应用程序通过ioctl调用网桥模块时，会报错operation not permitted？多谢大虾指点！！

有root权限

应该不是权限的问题
