Responsibilities:
üAnswer email and phone requests for help from customers.
üCollaborate in virtual teamwork with other Support Engineers.
üDiagnose software bugs and malfunctions.
üAdvise MySQL managers on technical issues.
üTravel to company meetings and training classes.
Qualifications:
üExcellent knowledge of the MySQL server and utilities.
üExperience managing MySQL in production settings.
üKnowledge of MySQL Cluster, or strong interest in learning it.
üKnowledge of Linux, Unix, PHP, C/C++, Perl or other tools.
üAbility to pass all levels of MySQL Certification
üExcellent spoken and written communications skills in Mandarin
üGood spoken and written communications skills in English
üA desire to serve customers with a passion.
üA desire to be a team player within a small virtual community.
üAbility to work independently and remotely from home.
üAbility to manage multiple priorities with limited supervision.
üAbility to travel internationally without restriction
Salary range: 170-300K/y
