我是在win98下光盘启动下安装的可是到了第二张盘时就显示有错误
我怀疑是设置分区时的事我的内存是256可是分得是127

是你的显卡驱动程序没有装好吧，
在安装过程中提示你选择显卡的类型，你选对了吗？
不要着急，你可以把你的显卡程序安装好就可以进去X了　　　　　　

要想使用X-WINDOWS,必须正确设置显示卡和显示器,REDHAT 7.3能够自动识别绝大部分的显示卡和显示器,请根据你的实际情况设置.　　　　　　

您的硬件是最新买的吗？显示卡是高端的？好好配置一下Xconfiguration，然后startx就应该OK了

就是windows了.不果名子不一样.

不能startx都是显卡没有配置好.
