我想在机器上装一个FreeBSD，从硬盘安装，下了一个iso文件，放在
c盘，但在安装时，机器显示一下一些错误:
unable to transfer the bin distribution from ad1s1
unable to transfer the doc distribution from ad1s1
unable to transfer the manpages distribution from ad1s1
unable to transfer the dict distribution from ad1s1
unable to transfer the crypto distribution from ad1s1
unable to transfer the krb4 distribution from ad1s1
unable to transfer the krb5 distribution from ad1s1
unable to transfer the ssecure distribution from ad1s1
unable to transfer the scrypto distribution from ad1s1
unable to transfer the skrb4 distribution from ad1s1
unable to transfer the skrb5 distribution from ad1s1

你的这种安装方法需要把光盘中的东西copy到C盘的FreeBSD目录中　　　　　　

或者把ISO可到盘上，最简单不是？　　　　　　

若是从硬盘安装，将iso文件拷到c盘可以吗？　　　　　　

不想把iso刻到光盘

只有一个刚下载得4.4-freebsd.iso　　　　　　

我想刻盘可能不是每个人都可以的.
所以你可以下载一个叫winimage,好像是这个名字,就是解开iso文件的一个windows软件,然后将iso文件解开,存到一个文件夹下.
在使用freebsd一个从dos启动的软件启动,分区比较不好理解,
最好先在vmware上尝试,否则如果你不小心,你的硬盘资料会和你
say goodbye的
