雅虎的分布式消息发布平台 Apache Pulsar 发布 1.21.0

Apache Pulsar 1.21.0 已发布，不过目前仍处于孵化项目阶段。这是 Pulsar 成为 Apache 基金会的孵化项目后发布的第三个版本。
